Who we are and how we comply

Orbitrio is operated by Orbitrio Pty Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and with the GDPR for users in the EU and UK.

What we collect

Name, email address and country of residence
Your assessment answers, chat inputs, feedback and usage data (truncated IP addresses, device types)
Payment amounts and partial card details, processed through our secure payment gateway

Scope. This public website does not ask for passport scans, visa documents or other identity documents.

Being updated. Document upload, application preparation and migration-agent case handover are planned account features. Before they launch, this policy will be updated from a completed data map covering uploaded documents, AI processing, agent access and consent, retention and deletion.

How we use your data

We use your information to deliver personalised eligibility results and AI responses, process subscriptions and maintain platform security. Data is collected directly from you, via cookies, or through our service providers.

Disclosure

We never sell your data. We share information only with:

Microsoft Azure (hosting) and OpenAI (model inference, enterprise-segregated)
Payment processors and de-identified analytics tools

Overseas transfers are protected by contractual clauses and technical safeguards.

Security and retention

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Chat logs and usage data are retained for up to 24 months for dispute resolution and compliance; de-identified analytics may be kept indefinitely.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information and withdraw consent at any time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
