Terms of Service.

Acceptance

Orbitrio is operated by Orbitrio Pty Ltd, Suite 3, Level 2, 21-31 Hall Street, Moonee Ponds, VIC 3039, Australia. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

Not legal or migration advice

Orbitrio is not a registered migration agent, legal practitioner or government body. All information is general guidance only. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs and should seek independent advice from a registered migration agent whose registration appears on the OMARA register, or a qualified lawyer, before making migration decisions.

Eligibility and conduct

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use the Platform lawfully. You must not reverse-engineer the Platform, build competing services or scrape its content.

AI limitations

Outputs are generated by large language models via Microsoft Azure OpenAI and may occasionally be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. Orbitrio Pty Ltd makes no warranties as to accuracy, reliability or fitness for purpose. External links and third-party content are outside our control.

Payments and intellectual property

All fees are in AUD, inclusive of GST, and disclosed at the point of purchase. We do not store full credit card details. Orbitrio Pty Ltd retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform; you receive a non-exclusive, revocable, personal licence for its intended use only.

Commercial terms under review. Credit expiry and rollover, top-ups, refunds, cancellation and downgrade rules, failed-payment handling, free-tier limits, and the relationship between Orbitrio and independent migration agents (including referrals and consent to share a case) are being finalised under Australian consumer-law review and will be published here before public launch.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Orbitrio Pty Ltd's aggregate liability is limited to AUD 100. You indemnify Orbitrio Pty Ltd against losses arising from your breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, with disputes resolved in Victorian courts. We may update these terms by posting revised versions on the Platform.
